By browsing the Site or otherwise using it, you agree to be bound by what follows — if any part of it doesn't work for you, please don't use the Site.
CybersDev is a business name under which a sole proprietor based in Ontario, Canada delivers custom software development, quality engineering (QA), and AI integration services (the “Services”).
Access to the Site is granted on the condition that you accept these Terms. We may update the Site, its content, or these Terms from time to time, and continued use after such changes means you accept the current version.
The Site may link out to third-party websites or tools that CybersDev does not own, run, or otherwise control. We aren't in a position to vouch for, and take no responsibility for, what those third parties publish, how they handle your data, or what happens if you rely on their content or services. Any loss or dispute arising from your use of a linked third-party site is between you and that third party — we won't be liable for it, directly or indirectly. Before sharing information with any site you reach through a link from ours, check its own terms and privacy practices.
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Site, how it's used, and how it's protected — it's linked in the site footer as well. Please review it alongside these Terms so you know what to expect.
These Terms cover your use of the CybersDev website — nothing more. They are not the contract that governs an actual development, QA, or AI integration engagement. Any project we take on is scoped separately, through a proposal, statement of work, or signed services agreement between CybersDev and the client, and that document — not this page — sets the terms for deliverables, fees, timelines, intellectual property, and confidentiality on that project. Where a signed client agreement says something different from what's written here, the client agreement controls for that engagement.
Everything published on this Site — text, pages, blog articles, and similar material — belongs to CybersDev and is protected under applicable copyright law.
This does not extend to code or other deliverables produced for a client under a separate services agreement; ownership of that work is governed by the terms of the relevant agreement, not by this Site-content provision.
Interactions with us — emailing us, filling out a form, browsing the Site — happen electronically, and by doing any of these you're agreeing to receive communications from us in that form. Signing up for updates means you'll get emails from us periodically; beyond that, we may also post notices directly on the Site. You accept that any electronic notice, agreement, disclosure, or other communication we send satisfies whatever “in writing” requirement might otherwise apply.
These Terms, and any dispute connected to CybersDev, this Site, or our business dealings, are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply within it, regardless of conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising from your use of this Site, or from information you obtained through it, falls under the jurisdiction of the provincial or federal courts sitting in Ontario, Canada. By using the Site, you agree that venue is proper there and won't contest it.
If you post comments, reviews, or otherwise submit content to us, it needs to stay clear of anything obscene, unlawful, defamatory, threatening, invasive of someone's privacy, infringing on intellectual property, harmful to third parties, malicious code, political campaigning, or unsolicited commercial pitches.
We can remove or edit anything you submit — we're not obligated to, but we may. By submitting content, you're giving CybersDev a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, publish, and adapt it.
