Our Team

We turn business goals into a clear and manageable delivery plan. Product requirements, user scenarios, technical dependencies and risks are reviewed before implementation so that the team understands not only what needs to be built, but also why it matters and how success should be evaluated.

CyberDEV is a compact Canadian software product team that brings project coordination, engineering and quality expertise into one delivery process. Depending on

Our practical foundation is built on web development and the testing of complex web and mobile products. Team members have worked with high-load systems, financial and money-transfer workflows, security platforms, marketplaces, online stores, APIs and multilingual user experiences. This background influences how we approach every project: we clarify requirements early, challenge unclear logic and consider reliability, usability, security and maintainability before they become expensive problems.

We can support a product from initial discovery and MVP planning through development, validation, release and ongoing improvement. For existing applications, our approach is designed to support gradual modernization, new integrations and the controlled introduction of AI-enabled functionality.

Quality engineering is embedded throughout delivery rather than added shortly before release. For AI-based features, this includes structured evaluation, human oversight and methods such as LLM-as-a-judge and evaluation frameworks where they are appropriate.

Clients can work with CyberDEV through a defined project, a dedicated team, technical or quality consulting, or continuous product development and support.

How We Work Together

A shared process keeps product, engineering and quality decisions aligned throughout delivery

1. We clarify the business objective, target users, current constraints and expected outcome. The team reviews requirements, key workflows, existing systems and potential risks before defining a solution.

- Usually involved: Project Manager, Technical Lead, QA Engineer,

2. We define scope, priorities, architecture direction, integrations, delivery stages and quality criteria. Larger initiatives are divided into manageable increments so that assumptions can be tested before significant time and budget are committed.

- Usually involved: Project Manager, developers, Technical Lead, QA Engineer and relevant specialists.

3. Developers implement functionality in coordinated iterations while product and quality specialists clarify questions and review progress. Interfaces, business logic, APIs and integrations are developed with future maintenance and change in mind.

- Usually involved: Frontend, Backend, Full-Stack or Mobile Developers, Project Manager and QA Engineer.

4. We verify more than individual features. Testing covers critical user journeys, integrations, data behaviour, devices, browsers, languages and failure scenarios. AI-enabled functionality receives additional evaluation for relevance, consistency and unsafe or unpredictable output.

- Usually involved: QA Engineer, developers, AI Quality Engineer and Project Manager.

5. After release, the team reviews feedback, production behaviour and changing priorities. The next stage may focus on stabilization, new functionality, automation, modernization, performance improvements or continued product and quality support.

- Usually involved: Project Manager, developers, QA Engineer and support or infrastructure specialists as required.
